At Woman Swimsuit Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • You must have your original order confirmation or receipt

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Period Swimwear (specialty items)
  • Clothed Swimming items that show signs of wear
  • Any swimwear with removed tags or hygiene stickers

Returns Process

  1. Initiate your return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items: Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges Process

Follow the same steps as the returns process, but clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The replacement item you’d like (including size and color)

We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund the difference or invoice you for the additional amount.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item via your original shipping method

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
