Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and hygiene stickers must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Original order confirmation or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Period Swimwear (all specialty items)
- Clothed Swimming items showing signs of wear
- Any swimwear with removed tags or hygiene stickers
Returns Process
- Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days using our template below
- Wait for approval: Our team will review within 2 business days and send return instructions
- Package your items: Repackage carefully in original packaging
- Ship your return: Send to our return address using a trackable method (provided in approval email)
Exchanges Process
Follow the same steps as returns, but clearly specify in your email:
- The item you wish to exchange
- Your preferred replacement (including size and color)
We’ll process exchanges after receiving the original item. Price differences will be refunded or invoiced accordingly.
Refund Information
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
